For purchases from NUTSHELL SHOP, request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, including change of mind. Contact us before shipping an item back.
Wait for instructions.
Our team will review your request and provide the correct return address and packing instructions. An application is not return authorization or refund approval.

Keep the item, included accessories and any packaging you received together. Protect the return in suitable packaging and keep the shipping receipt and tracking number. Tell us about anything missing or damaged before sending it.
Return shipping
Change of mind: the buyer pays the return shipping cost.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: contact us before paying for postage. We will review the issue and confirm the shipping arrangements for your case.
The dispatch address may not be the return address. Always follow the instructions provided for your request.
Follow your request.
Save the reference and private tracking code shown after submitting a new request. Use them to view Received, Under Review, Approved, Declined or Processed status and our reply. “Received” confirms receipt of the application, not receipt of a returned parcel.
Online tracking receipts are not emailed automatically. If your request predates online tracking or you have lost your code, contact us with your order details.

Refunds are issued within 3 days of receiving your returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
An Approved or Processed request status does not by itself confirm a refund has been paid. Check our reply and any refund confirmation for the specific outcome; contact us if you need clarification.
Other marketplaces
If you purchased through a marketplace or another retailer, begin the return through that seller's order page. Its return process applies to that purchase.
