Device authenticity
Our authenticity commitment applies to the branded device. New, Open Box, Refurbished and Used (Pre-Owned) describe its condition and history, not a different brand or an authenticity grade.
SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE
Genuine tech.
Clear information.
Our commitment brings together authentic branded devices, professional preparation for refurbished and used (pre-owned) stock, and support you can reach.
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEED
Genuine devices.
Clear expectations.
We stand behind the authenticity of the branded devices we sell. Product condition, included accessories and any replacement-part details should be reviewed separately for your chosen item.
Have a question about authenticity? Contact our team with the product link or your order details so we can review it with you.
Our authenticity commitment ↗Accessories & parts
Genuine device does not automatically mean every included accessory or replacement part is manufacturer-original. Check the listing and ask us to confirm any original, third-party, replaced or missing components before ordering.
Manufacturer coverage
Device authenticity and manufacturer warranty eligibility are separate. Store coverage and AC details appear on the product page. Confirm the actual unit's AC expiry and plan terms where relevant.
Coverage & care ↗Details for the specific item
Review the stated model, condition, cosmetic wear, function and testing information, battery details and accessories. A condition label alone does not establish a test result or battery-health level. Contact us for any information you need before buying.
Promotional and model-reference images illustrate the product. For specific appearance requirements, contact our team before ordering. Representative stock photos do not identify an assigned unit.

Before purchase, send the product link and the details you want to confirm. After purchase, include your order number, model and photos that explain your concern. Our team will review the information and explain the next steps.
