How we use your information.

Orders, accounts & enquiries

We use the contact details, delivery address, order information and messages you provide to fulfil orders and respond to enquiries. Member sign-in and order services use Wix. Payment details are handled by the payment service shown at checkout; do not send card details or account passwords to support.

Wholesale applications include the company, destination, business type, estimated quantities and notes you submit. These are used to review and respond to your application.

Saved items, comparison & browsing history

Saved items, selected comparison products and recently viewed product links are stored in your browser's local storage. They are specific to that browser and are not a synced member list. Clear them through the relevant page or your browser's site-data settings. A shared comparison link contains the selected product links.

Support & private return tracking

Return and support requests are stored in our Wix customer-service records, including the order details, contact information, issue description and any photo links you provide. Authorised staff use these records to review the request and respond.

A reference and private tracking code let you view the status and our reply. Keep them private. We temporarily store the receipt in this browser tab while confirming your request or opening its progress page, then clear it after use.

You can copy or download your receipt. A downloaded receipt is a file on your device. Receipts are not emailed automatically. If you lose the code, contact support with your order details; we will need to verify the request before helping.

Site services & external media

Wix services use cookies and similar browser storage for shopping, sign-in and site operation. Product media or links hosted by third parties can send normal connection information, such as your IP address, to those services when loaded or opened. Their privacy policies apply to their own services.

Questions about your information

Contact our team at support@nutshellx.com about your personal information or a privacy request. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or order. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
