Is open box the same as refurbished?
No. Open box describes opened packaging. Refurbished describes work performed on a previously owned item. Usage, testing, cosmetic grade and accessories should be checked separately.
Why doesn't a product show a condition?
Some listings don't yet include condition data. We show “Condition not specified” instead of assigning a grade. Ask support to confirm the item's condition before purchasing.
Do all products have the same warranty?
New products: 1 year. Open Box, Refurbished and Used (Pre-Owned): 90 days. Store coverage starts on delivery and covers functional faults during normal use. See warranty information, or ask support about the exact item.
Can I see what's available in each condition?
